Held at the venue. Get a lottery ticket by making purchases or using the experience booths! -
Opening Ceremony
Greetings will be given by the Hakusanshita Shopping Association Chairman, Bunkyo City Mayor, and others. -
18th Street Corner Concert
Music performances by local community members. Music will echo through the street alongside the Hanachozu display.
